Return Policy
A return authorization is required for all returns. All product returns must be made within 14 days from product receipt. An extension to the 14 day period may be made at the time of the sale. A credit, exchange or full refund, less shipping charges, will be issued, provided the watch is in its brand new, unworn, original condition and in the original box with the warranty, authenticity and manual. Returns cannot be accepted for watches that have been worn/used, scratched or damaged.
